Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and construction of hydropower projects
• Execute Dam Safety Reviews according to guidelines
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their growth
• Collaborate with project teams and clients on deliverables
• Drive digitization and advanced modeling initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s/PhD preferred)
• 15+ years in geotechnical or dam engineering
• Familiarity with Canadian dam standards and guidelines
• Proficient in geotechnical analysis software
• Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities
Excel as a geotechnical leader, enhancing community resilience through innovative and impactful infrastructure projects.
