MPE, a division of Englobe, is seeking an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Saskatoon office. Play a vital role within a dynamic team while working on diverse projects that tackle environmental challenges.
You will lead project initiatives, guide junior engineers, and organize geotechnical investigations across several sectors. This role emphasizes your ability to collaborate effectively and encourage professional development within the team. Your skills in geotechnical design and analysis are crucial for advancing community-oriented engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of junior team engineers
• Organize and conduct geotechnical field investigations
• Perform essential geotechnical calculations and designs
• Carry out geohazard assessments and engineering solutions
• Prepare detailed technical reports and project updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience
• Eligibility for APEGS certification
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
