In this full-time position, you will support project delivery through technical analyses, overseeing calculations, and guiding junior engineers.
Your role encompasses mentoring staff, managing projects, and maintaining client relationships while contributing to the engineering community within Thurber’s respected culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical analysis and support project management
• Develop proposals and scopes for engineering projects
• Mentor junior staff and provide training support
• Cultivate client relationships and promote project success
• Travel for on-site project support and meetings
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Geological Engineering required; graduate degree preferred
• Experience in geotechnical engineering is essential
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license for project travel
• APEGS membership eligibility
