Key Responsibilities:
• Write and edit project specifications across diverse sectors
• Coordinate compliance with institutional guidelines and standards
• Update and maintain Master Specifications to meet best practices
• Collaborate on complex projects in education, healthcare, and more
• Implement digital tools for efficient specification production
Requirements:
• 10 years experience in construction or engineering industries
• Strong knowledge of specification writing and contract administration
• Understanding of National Master Specification standards
• Registered or working towards Registered Specification Writer credentials
• Resourceful and innovative mindset in project delivery
