Position: Manufacturing Process Engineer Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with various teams to optimize manufacturing processes for window and door products. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and integrating new technologies to boost productivity. Your work will directly impact cost efficiency and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve manufacturing processes for enhanced efficiency and quality

• Support product launches ensuring manufacturability

• Design and implement manufacturing tools and systems

• Conduct cost evaluations and time studies

• Collaborate with teams on Lean initiatives

Requirements:

• 3 years of Process Engineering or CI experience preferred

• Proficient in CAD software and database management

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and building codes

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant Engineering field
