You will collaborate with clients and engineering teams to define project requirements. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will design infrastructures including roads and drainage systems while ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations. Your expertise will shape construction specifications, evaluate materials, and supervise field services, contributing significantly to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and design major civil projects, including roads and containment systems
• Develop and review construction specifications and procedures
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments
• Evaluate construction materials and supervise junior engineers
• Interpret geotechnical reports and approve civil designs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Licensed with APEGS or another Canadian province
• Experience in oil, gas, or heavy industrial mining sectors
• Proficient in ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil3D, or Micro Station
• Strong analytical and client communication skills
