You will take ownership of complex circuit board designs, collaborating with firmware developers, software engineers, and mechanical teams. This position is highly technical without management duties, allowing you to guide junior engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define digital hardware architecture for networking platforms
• Design high-speed multi-layer circuit boards
• Lead prototype bring-up and verification processes
• Debug hardware failures and resolve performance issues
• Collaborate on component selection with architecture teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years in high-speed digital hardware development
• Deep experience with high-speed circuit board design tools
• Hands-on lab experience in testing and debugging
• Proven ownership of complex circuit designs
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
