Drive endpoint management improvements at Affirm as the Endpoint Engineering Manager. Lead a dedicated team, implementing technical strategies for secure device management seamlessly.
As Endpoint Engineering Manager within Affirm's Client Platform Engineering team, you will combine hands-on leadership with effective program management. Oversee a team of three engineers as you establish a strategic roadmap focused on compliance and automation. Engage in creating Key Performance Indicators and effective communication to enhance automated processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coach a high-performing engineering team
• Define objectives aligned with security goals
• Build reporting measures for compliance transparency
• Champion automation initiatives for lifecycle improvements
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in endpoint engineering and IT management
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Automation skills in Bash and another language
• Knowledge of endpoint security compliance frameworks
• Proven experience in establishing program frameworks
