This position at Xylem requires a proactive Technical Sales Engineer/Specialist supporting the Engineering and Sales Support Teams. Engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, using your engineering knowledge to provide technical assistance, support proposal processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating effectively with sales, project management, and customer support teams is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales technical support for engineered projects
• Assist Engineering in product specifications and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to review tender documents
• Support the sales team in quotation creation
• Prepare and review technical submittals post-sale
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience, new graduates welcome
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
