Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Building Condition Assessments

• Review assessments of existing buildings and structures

• Prepare detailed written reports on findings

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in related fields such as Architectural Technology

• Experience in building construction or assessments preferred

• Strong knowledge of building envelope systems

• Excellent written communication skills for report preparation

• Valid driver’s license; fieldwork travel required
