As a pivotal member of the Thurber team, you will engage in innovative geotechnical projects, providing leadership and technical support. You will lead analyses, manage projects, and foster relationships with clients while mentoring junior staff. Your expertise will also enhance proposal development and project scoping, ensuring alignment with deadlines and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on geotechnical projects
• Conduct reviews and analyses of engineering calculations
• Mentor and train junior engineers and staff
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and team coordination
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Geological Engineering; graduate degree preferred
• Relevant experience in Geotechnical Engineering field
• Proficiency in technical writing and communication
• Class 5 Driver’s license for site travel
• Familiarity with geotechnical software tools
