Drive semiconductor innovation as a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer age in complex fault localization and ensure the highest quality in cutting-edge products.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with design, test, and DFT teams to conduct hands-on failure analysis. Your expertise will help identify the root causes of silicon failures while accelerating yield improvements. This position requires collaboration across multiple engineering teams to resolve critical performance and reliability issues in advanced semiconductor devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute die-level logic fault localization techniques
• Perform ATE testing using Advantest 93K platform
• Collaborate on DFT methodologies for test pattern analysis
• Analyze test results for design and fabrication failures
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability
Requirements:
• MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor failure analysis
• Proficient with Advantest 93K test platform
• Strong understanding of DFT and logic fault techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
