Join Apptronik's team as a Principal Electrical Engineer, designing the essential frameworks for the innovative Apollo robot. Focus on cutting-edge compute and sensing technologies to revolutionize various sectors.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for leading the electrical architecture for Apptronik's Apollo. You will select and integrate core processing elements to build a safe and efficient compute system. Your expertise will guide the architectural decisions to ensure superior sensor fusion and data pipelines essential for real-time performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Apollo’s safe compute architecture end-to-end
• Lead custom carrier board design for NVIDIA modules
• Implement Design for Manufacturability and Reliability
• Define architecture for an advanced perception stack
• Manage data pipelines for seamless sensor integration
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hardware design for robotics
• Mastery of high-speed digital design principles
• Strong familiarity with Altium Designer and related tools
• Background in Functional Safety standards
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
