In this Principal role, you will be integral to BHP’s Invent global mining team. Reporting to the Manager Mining and Geotechnical, your role encompasses technology development from conception to practical application. You will formulate strategies that align with asset needs and facilitate stakeholder collaboration for optimal project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and manage technology product roadmaps
• Develop comprehensive learning and risk management plans
• Define and implement change management strategies
• Foster cross-functional integration for effective solutions
• Lead workshops that engage and influence audiences
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical potash mining
• Knowledge of geotechnical processes and automation
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Graduate degree in Mining Engineering or similar
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills
Lead innovations in mining technology with BHP to transform the industry for a sustainable future.
