As a vital member of the Mechatronics team, you will guide projects that merge mechanical, electronic, and software engineering principles. Your leadership will shape integrated products while collaborating with multiple engineering teams. Prioritize continuous improvement and ensure designs exceed hardware requirements through thorough analysis and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide axial flux motor design projects with detailed requirements
• Collaborate to conceptualize and design innovative products
• Develop high-performance mechanisms and structures
• Lead PCB design, component selection, and prototyping
• Implement best practices to enhance team effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum four years of product design experience
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetic analysis and simulation tools
• Experience with PCB design and axial flux motors preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
