Temporary Project Engineer

This role encompasses professional engineering work within the Utilities & Environment Department. You will manage construction and rehabilitation projects, coordinate schedules, and provide supervision and training to staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design infrastructure projects for construction

• Administer project schedules and oversee compliance

• Prepare cost estimates and detailed design documents

• Analyze operating problems and propose solutions

• Supervise and train technical support staff

Requirements:

• Degree in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering

• Four to six years of relevant project management experience

• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
