This position plays a significant role in the Continuous Improvement team, shaping the design modifications for better reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering functions for mill maintenance and upgrades

• Manage mechanical design and contractor interactions

• Enhance maintenance activity efficiency and effectiveness

• Provide engineering support for reliability work orders

• Propose design modifications for equipment reliability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Systems

• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration

• 2-4 years of related engineering experience preferred

• Familiarity with basic maintenance principles

• Knowledge of Oracle or maintenance management systems
