This full-time Co-Op role is ideal for third-year engineering students passionate about mechanical, civil, or industrial systems. You'll investigate failures, conduct inspections, and evaluate equipment while utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques. Strong collaboration with various personnel levels ensures effective communication and the application of your engineering knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate root causes of equipment failures

• Inspect structures, bins, piping, and tanks

• Troubleshoot using RCAs and other techniques

• Design and validate modifications for equipment

• Communicate with engineers and plant operators

Requirements:

• Must be a third-year engineering student by May 2027

• Minimum GPA of 72% or higher

• Prior engineering internship or co-op experience preferred

• Reliable transportation for site travel

• Ability to work in an industrial environment
