Electrical Engineering Technologist

Assist in innovative electrical distribution solutions as an Electrical Engineering Technologist at Stantec in Saskatoon. This position requires a blend of technical design expertise and effective communication with clients.

Joining the Distribution Design team, you will design electrical infrastructure projects, manage cost estimates, and facilitate stakeholder engagements.

Your role will focus on creating designs that align with relevant codes and foster community development through sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs for electrical distribution below 25kV

• Develop compliant solutions meeting codes and regulations

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for project materials

• Coordinate effectively with clients and third-party stakeholders

• Monitor projects to ensure adherence to client requirements

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma from an accredited institution

• At least 1 year of experience in power distribution

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Commitment to quality service

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
