Brunel seeks a Mechanical Engineer or technologist with a strong background in maintenance for its Maintenance team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operational leadership and the Engineering Centre of Excellence. Key skills include influencing abilities, communication, and a willingness to travel to engage stakeholders and support governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for equipment

• Engage with cross-functional teams and operational leaders

• Contribute technical expertise to maintenance governance

• Influence stakeholders for collaborative decision-making

• Interface with equipment OEMs for product issue resolution

Requirements:

• Proven safety participation record

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive high-quality decisions

• Proficiency in Reliability Centred Maintenance methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
