This role within a growing Canadian consulting team involves working on diverse commodities and collaborating with skilled technical teams worldwide. You will support open pit and underground mine design, be involved in scoping, PFS, FS studies, and much more. Your expertise will enhance client interactions and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead open pit and underground mine planning and design
• Develop production schedules and optimize equipment selection
• Contribute to technical studies including scoping, PFS, and FS
• Prepare and review client deliverables and reports
• Engage in client meetings and technical reviews
Requirements:
• 7+ years in mining consulting, studies, or technical services
• Degree in Mining Engineering; geology exposure beneficial
• Proficiency in mine planning software and processes
• Experience with various commodity projects
• Ability to work independently while collaborating
