In your role, you will lead the development of comprehensive Life-of-Mine plans while collaborating with technical, operational, and financial teams. Your input is vital for driving mine design and production scheduling, directly impacting the company’s strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and develop long-term mining strategies
• Conduct evaluations for new and existing mining projects
• Direct mine design and production scheduling efforts
• Lead reserve development initiatives and project expansions
• Ensure compliance in joint-venture operations and reporting
Requirements:
• Engineering degree, with a focus on Mining or Geological disciplines
• 15+ years of mining experience in a planning capacity
• Expertise in underground mining environments
• Familiar with regulatory standards NI-43-101
• Proficient in mining simulation and design software
