Technician Programmer in Engineering Services

Become a Technician Programmer at Associated Engineering in our (office location) office, focusing on essential water and wastewater projects. Work collaboratively to provide advanced programming and electrical design services throughout Canada.

At Associated Engineering, a Canadian, employee-owned firm, you will work closely with a skilled team on municipal and industrial projects aimed at enhancing water management systems. This role involves onsite commissioning, automation system inspections, and collaboration on design principles contributing to community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and commission PLC and HMI systems

• Inspect and evaluate water and wastewater facilities

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for engineering projects

• Support engineers in construction drawing reviews

• Lead project activities and safety compliance efforts

Requirements:

• Electrical or Instrumentation Technology diploma

• Minimum of 5 years related experience

• Familiarity with control system design standards

• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant software

• Valid class 5 driver's license and readiness to travel
