As a Senior Automation Professional, you will program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems while supporting control system planning and design. The work includes commissioning, networking configurations, control narratives, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will lead automation teams, manage projects, and communicate with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Lead automation teams through project phases
Manage projects and serve as client contact
Troubleshoot control systems remotely or onsite
Implement secure networking and remote access schemes
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a related field
Ten or more years of relevant experience
Project management, programming, and control design experience
Electrical and instrumentation systems background
APEGS or TPS licensing eligibility
Apply automation leadership, PLC programming, SCADA expertise, and control design experience supporting MPE clients across Western Canada.
