Deliver outstanding service to guests at SIGA's Gold Eagle Casino as a Slot Attendant. Engage with slot players, manage jackpots, and ensure an exceptional entertainment experience.
As a Slot Attendant at Gold Eagle Casino, you will provide personalized assistance and customer service in a designated slot section. Your responsibilities will include managing slot operations, addressing general inquiries, and attending to basic machine maintenance. You will also handle cash transactions, including making change and paying out winnings, ensuring a smooth gaming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly customer service within assigned slot areas
• Make accurate change and manage jackpot payouts
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on slot machines
• Conduct drop procedures for all slot machines
• Assist with machine moves and conversions as needed
Requirements:
• Relevant education or experience in customer service
• Experience managing diverse personalities in various settings
• Previous gaming experience preferred
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Eligibility for Gaming Employee Certificate from authorities
