In this pivotal role located in Central Office, you will oversee SIGA’s comprehensive gaming product strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and corporate objectives. Your leadership will guide a team in policy development, risk management, and performance optimization. Collaborating with various departments, you will enhance operational and financial outcomes through data-driven insights and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities Administer the strategic management of gaming product offerings
Create and enforce policies and governance frameworks
Analyze product performance data for informed operational strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal directives
Lead, mentor, and develop team members for success
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
MBA preferred; professional designations advantageous
At least five years of progressive experience in gaming operations
In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and management practices
Robust communication and cooperative skills
Lead SIGA’s casino operations toward excellence by managing a diverse portfolio of gaming products.
