In this pivotal role located in Central Office, you will oversee SIGA’s comprehensive gaming product strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and corporate objectives. Your leadership will guide a team in policy development, risk management, and performance optimization. Collaborating with various departments, you will enhance operational and financial outcomes through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the strategic management of gaming product offerings
• Create and enforce policies and governance frameworks
• Analyze product performance data for informed operational strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal directives
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members for success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• MBA preferred; professional designations advantageous
• At least five years of progressive experience in gaming operations
• In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and management practices
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
Lead SIGA’s casino operations toward excellence by managing a diverse portfolio of gaming products.
