Key Responsibilities:
• Guide software teams in daily development activities
• Collaborate with product teams to build strategic roadmaps
• Document key project decisions and development stages
• Participate in recruitment across the engineering sector
• Evaluate and improve development processes and architectures
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership, 10 years in development
• Experience managing teams of at least 10 engineers
• Expertise in project and time management
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical groups
• Knowledge of engineering frameworks including Docker and Kubernetes
