Position: Part-Time Gaming Experience Facilitator

In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring that all players have a thrilling experience eraging your customer service skills, you will greet guests, facilitate game flow, and address any gameplay technicalities, contributing to an unforgettable adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-game briefings for customers

• Engage with players during gameplay as needed

• Ensure cleanliness across the gaming facility

• Manage customer check-ins and process transactions

• Provide immediate aid during technical malfunctions

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is an asset

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Friendly, energetic, and capable of handling crowds

• Must work flexible shifts from early morning to late night
