Shape the future of gaming at Coal Car Studio as a Producer, driving projects like Fruit Golf to launch. This remote role focuses on VR and Mixed Reality game development.
As an experienced Producer, you will collaborate with studio directors and a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will guide the production of original games from concept to launch, including a new Mixed Reality title slated for 2026. You will manage schedules, identify risks, and support various projects ensuring smooth workflow at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain project schedules and task backlogs in Azure Dev Ops
• Coordinate feature scoping and deliverable setting with team leads
• Track progress across all development activities
• Facilitate stand-up meetings and planning sessions
• Identify risks and propose effective solutions
Requirements:
• Experience shipping a commercial game or interactive product
• Knowledge of game development workflows across disciplines
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Degree in game development, business, or related field
