How you’ll make an impact
Expertise in financial reporting and analysis is essential: this role calls for delivering comprehensive, high-quality reports and actionable insights to senior management and the Board, empowering strategic decisions and effective oversight. You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to craft insightful reports, dynamic dashboards, and thorough variance analyses, all while diligently tracking financial trends.

Prepare and interpret complex financial model analyses

Support and influence strategic and operational decision-making

Evaluate financial performance, business opportunities and operational risks

Participate in financial model development, maintenance and analytics

What you’ll bring to the team

Forecasting and financial modelling strength

Ability to communicate financial insights clearly

Ability to utilize technology (i.e. Python or SAS) to gather data

Positive attitude and willingness to tackle large, complex problems

Executive/Board-level reporting exposure

Deep variance and trend analysis capability

Process improvement mindset

Required Qualifications

Degree in accounting, commerce or business administration

Three years of progressive financial analysis

CPA Accounting designation or MBA is an asset

In-depth knowledge of financial management theories, techniques, practices and trends
