• Lead treasury risk management strategies across cash and liquidity
• Oversee asset liability management frameworks and scenario analysis
• Monitor interest rate risk within approved tolerance thresholds
• Advise senior leadership on treasury risk matters
• Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Risk team members

• Professional financial or accounting designation, or graduate finance education
• Minimum five years in a complex financial environment
• Strong treasury risk management and regulatory knowledge
• Experience with financial systems, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools
• Understanding of stress testing, capital planning, and ICAAP
