The  Regulatory Licensing Coordinator  supports the planning, coordination, and tracking of regulatory approvals required to advance exploration and development projects. Reporting to the Regulatory Manager, this role assists with the preparation of license applications, monitors regulatory requirements, and supports communication with government agencies and other stakeholders. The  Regulatory Licensing Coordinator  helps ensure projects progress in alignment with regulatory frameworks and approval timelines.

Support the preparation and submission of regulatory and licensing applications

Track approval timelines, permit conditions, and key regulatory milestones

Maintain organized records of applications, approvals, and correspondence

Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for regulatory submissions

Assist with communication and information requests from regulatory agencies

Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to regulatory requirements

Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and support compliance tracking

Participate in meetings and engagement activities with regulators and stakeholders as required

You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex documentation and regulatory processes. You can manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you bring:

A degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, or a related field

1-3+ years of experience in regulatory coordination, permitting or project support

Familiarity with provincial and/or federal regulatory processes (experience in Saskatchewan or the resource sector is an asset)

Strong organizational and document management skills

Proficiency with MS Office

The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills
