The R.M. of Corman Park is seeking a Planner I to join our Planning and Development team following an internal promotion. The Planner I will support permit applications, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to policy and growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across both development services and long-range planning in one of Saskatchewans most active and complex growth areas.

What you'll do as a Planner I:
  • Review and process development and building permit applications.
  • Coordinate intake, completeness, and file progression.
  • Prepare clear, defensible reports for internal review and Council.
  • Provide professional advice to applicants and stakeholders.
  • Support planning research and policy development.
What You Bring:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Qualification:

Degree in Planning or related field (CIP-accredited preferred).
