Be a pivotal force in Canada’s clean energy transition as Pembina Institute’s Senior Analyst. This full-time opportunity is centered on research and policy advocacy for a sustainable workforce.
The Pembina Institute seeks a dedicated Senior Analyst to join its Sustainable Workforce team for a term until September 2027. This role involves extensive analysis and collaboration, supporting the development of policies that promote good jobs in the renewable energy sector. Candidates must possess strong research skills and a genuine commitment to sustainability and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage research projects effectively
• Synthesize policy impacts into reports and notes
• Engage with stakeholders through consultations
• Represent Pembina in government relations initiatives
• Develop and submit grant proposals for funding
Requirements:
• Degree in sciences, business, or related fields
• At least three years of relevant work experience
• Experience with climate and energy policy appreciated
• Proficient in Excel for data handling
• Engaging communicator with a range of stakeholders
Contribute to impactful workplace policies that prioritize sustainability and support the Canadian workforce in a transitioning economy.
