As a result of a promotion and an upcoming vacancy, the R.M. of Corman Park is seeking two (2) Planner II to join the Planning and Development Department.

• Planner II Development Services supports the review, coordination, and processing of development and subdivision applications, including permits, discretionary uses, rezonings, subdivisions, and related land development matters.
• Planner II Long Range and Regional Planning supports policy planning, regional initiatives, bylaw amendments, concept plans, intermunicipal planning, and strategic growth projects.

• Process subdivision, development, rezoning, discretionary use, variance, and bylaw files.
• Assess proposals for zoning, servicing, access, drainage, compatibility, and policy.
• Support policy research, concept plans, bylaw amendments, regional planning, and engagement.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, conditions, and letters.

• Ability to apply technical expertise, making reasoned judgments, and displaying outstanding problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast‑paced environment.
• A proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
