Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage appointments, client records, phone calls, emails, and general clinic correspondence.
Perform treatments in accordance with company protocols and support clients throughout their treatment journey.
Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment follow‑ups.
Conduct post‑treatment follow‑ups and contribute to client retention and loyalty.
Assist with consultations and treatment planning as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, opening and closing procedures, and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Qualifications
Diploma in Aesthetics.
Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal.
At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
Languages spoken and written:
English;
Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
