3+ years of industry experience
Positive, creative, and motivated attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to complete MC College and provincial training requirements
What You’ll Do Inspire students through hands-on and theory-based learning
Teach using a structured, proven curriculum
Coach future stylists in technical skills, client care, sales, and self-marketing
