- Certified Hairstylist from a recognized training institution
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Positive, creative, and motivated attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for mentoring future professionals
- Willingness to complete MC College and provincial training requirements
- Inspire students through hands-on and theory-based learning
- Teach using a structured, proven curriculum
- Coach future stylists in technical skills, client care, sales, and self-marketing
