As a member of the interdisciplinary team, and under the general direction of the Manager of Addiction Services the incumbent is responsible for the day to day client service delivery (development, implementation, delivery and assists with evaluation) of Addiction Services. Performs clinical case management; community education and community development. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement."

• Bachelor of Chemical Dependency

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Bachelor Degree acceptable to the employer

• Knowledge in substance abuse and addictions, including cause and effect
• Knowledge in addictions screening, assessment tools and procedures
