Position: Secondary Instructor for Paramedics Program
Location: Warman

Outstanding Plains College seeks an engaging secondary instructor for the Primary Care Paramedics Program at Warman Campus. Foster learning through labs, scenarios, and team-based educational approaches.

As part of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Primary Care Paramedic Program, you will facilitate hands-on learning and provide tutorial guidance. You will support students through skill practice and small group sessions, ensuring they acquire essential healthcare knowledge and competencies. An understanding of adult learning principles is vital for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training in the Primary Care Paramedic Program

• Assist in tutorials and facilitate practical labs

• Conduct skill practice scenarios for learners

• Encourage collaborative learning in small groups

• Develop relationships with a diverse student population

Requirements:

• Advanced Care Paramedic Program completion

• At least two years of ACP field experience

• Active license with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics

• Current certifications in ACLS and PALS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
