We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and ensure patients receive courteous and efficient service in a busy, supportive, and collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.

Answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately.

Process referrals, forms, and other administrative documents.

Receive and distribute faxes, emails, and correspondence.

Verify patient information and update records as required.

Handle billing, payments, and other front-desk duties.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.

Support physicians and clinic staff with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical office is required.

Proficiency with Accuro electronic medical record (EMR) system is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach.

Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset.
