In this part-time role (20 hours per week), you'll assist clients in achieving daily living goals while fostering connections in their local area. Your work will focus on enhancing their independence and community engagement. The position is ideal for individuals with experience in developmental services or those pursuing related education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with daily living activities

• Encourage social interaction and community participation

• Ensure safety and support in client environments

• Maintain effective communication with families

• Document client progress and feedback

Requirements:

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check required

• Reliable transportation is a must

• 3–6 months of direct experience preferred

• Educational background in relevant fields advantageous

• Emphasis on diversity and inclusion in client services
