Be a key player in the PACT Team as a Senior Coordinator for Mental Health Services, focused on enhancing public safety. This role emphasizes assessment, triage, and coordination for mental health support.
You will work closely with adult clients, conducting assessments and managing treatment plans. Your responsibilities also include evaluating clinical interventions for effectiveness and supervising clinical students. Further, you will engage in community outreach by educating the public on mental health resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health assessments and triage clients
• Coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for individuals
• Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions
• Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical students
• Deliver community education on mental health
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Eligible for registration with the licensing body
• Flexibility for varying shift hours
