Location: Martensville
Enhance client experiences as a Client Service Assistant within Nova Scotia Health in Western Kings. This role requires a commitment to facilitating Continuing Care support.
You will work closely with the Continuing Care Manager and play a crucial role in the case management team. Your responsibilities will include meeting clients to explain program requirements and providing the necessary administrative support to ensure effective service delivery in continuing care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet clients to explain Continuing Care requirements
• Organize documentation and services for marginalized clients
• Share available resources with the case management team
• Quickly resolve escalated client issues with team members
• Answer specific inquiries from clients about services
Requirements:
• Completion of a two-year college program in health-related field
• One year of related experience required
• Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR
• Knowledge of community health supports and services
• Valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License essential
