This impactful position is crucial in delivering inclusive and culturally sensitive psychological evaluations within the framework of SIIT’s Kahkisiw model. Your expertise will support educational and emotional needs through collaborative efforts with students and community stakeholders. You'll actively engage in program development and provide leadership to enhance mental health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform psycho-educational assessments and gather key information
• Provide culturally appropriate reports with actionable recommendations
• Mentor and train staff on trauma-informed practices
• Build trusting relationships with diverse communities
• Participate in strategic planning to boost student retention
Requirements:
• Educational Psychology Master's degree required
• Licensed with Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE)
• Minimum five years’ experience in inclusive education
• Driver’s license required for travel to locations
• Pass criminal background checks and safety protocols
