We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to help us service our disability management and employer services contracts in the Greater Saskatoon & Regina areas, providing the following OT services:
Physical & Cognitive Job Demand Analysis
Functional and cognitive work capacity assessments
Ergonomic assessments + follow‑ups
Cognitive and functional job coaching

Compensation can be hourly or salaried. Saskatoon is a vibrant city located in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. Nestled on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River, the city is known for its natural beauty, friendly community, and diverse cultural offerings.
Your impact
Our OTs provide both individual and program‑based treatments and assessments for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. They also play a pivotal role in supporting veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, and individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals. In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based Occupational Therapy services to clients
Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow‑up of clients
Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, specialized seating and positioning assessments
Identify appropriate equipment needs with initiation of recommendations
Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications/funding letters to Ministry of Health, insurance agencies and other funding parties
Provide education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs and adaptive aides as well as providing ongoing education to clients and family to improve function, independence and safety
Provide ongoing evaluation of restraint use, wound prevention, falls, and injury prevention
Record assessment and treatment interventions in the client’s chart
Excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment
Exhibit sound professional judgment

As one of the largest networks of OTs in the nation, you will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality, client‑centered care across multiple clinics, or specific clinic and community settings. Key skills and qualifications include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Saskatchewan
2+ years of experience working in a community‑based and/or clinical setting
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
Must follow Service Level Agreement scheduling and reporting timelines
In some cases, Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check
In some cases, Proof of Tuberculin (2‑Step Mantoux Test) clearance (within 6 months)
Other Requirements
Clinical experience is an asset in areas such as brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopedic injury, home safety, ergonomics and/or return to work.
