This role focuses on providing diagnostic and preventative services while ensuring effective consultation with educational staff and families. The psychologist will join the Student Services team, reporting to the Superintendent. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree in psychology, registration with APE, and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete psychological assessments for students
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school teams
• Provide preventative and diagnostic psychological services
• Collaborate within the Student Services team
• Report directly to the Superintendent of Student Services
Requirements:
• Master's degree in psychology or educational psychology
• Registration as a psychologist with APE
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Personal vehicle for travel with reimbursement
