Position: Full-Time Social Worker
Elevate community support as a full-time Social Worker at Saskatoon City Hospital, starting July 13, 2026. Bring your MSW and advanced skills in assessment and intervention to this critical role.

The position is temporary, lasting until June 28, 2027, with a regular work schedule of days and 14 shifts of 8 hours every 3 weeks. As part of the GEM department, you will engage in discharge planning and utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough social work assessments for clients

• Develop, prioritize, and implement treatment plans

• Build and maintain partnerships with clients and stakeholders

• Adapt to changing client situations and environments

• Utilize medical terminology in case evaluations

Requirements:

• MSW required for Social Worker role

• Registered or eligible with Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers

• Advanced clinical and organizational skills

• Knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
