Join RxFiles at the University of Saskatchewan as an Academic Detailing Service Lead - Pharmacist. Drive evidence-based drug information initiatives while leading the development of educational materials and team training.
This permanent, full-time role will oversee the production of academic detailing content, coordinate projects, and provide mentorship to team members. Key Responsibilities Develop educational resources for academic detailing
Lead training sessions for academic detailers
Monitor and evaluate detailer performance
Conduct outreach services in Saskatoon
Publish scientific articles and conference presentations
Requirements Advanced degree in Pharmacy (Master's or PharmD)
Licensed to practice pharmacy in Saskatchewan
Minimum 7 years of related experience
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
